About Dockside Cafe

The Dockside Cafe is owned and managed by Winston and Nok Begley, who opened the cafe to give local residents and visitors to Gloucester Docks a little something special. Winston says “The Docks and the local area was missing a friendly local cafe that served hot fresh quality food at affordable prices. There are plenty of chain restaurants around, but we wanted to give people something different. If people want a cooked breakfast with local butchers sausages they can get it here, or ribs with home-made coleslaw & chips, or just a coffee and scones. Whatever people we want can be delivered, and we promise to do it with a friendly smile and chat”. Not only does the Dockside Cafe serve food, but it also has accommodation available too. The Dockside has a number of rooms available to hire on a Bed & Breakfast basis at great prices. With great access to The Docks and Gloucester City Centre, this is a great location to stay when visiting Gloucester.
