They are a prime contractor for Work Choice and also run a range of local and health authority contracts for people with learning disabilities and mental health issues. Pluss also offer paid traineeships within our Social Enterprises. Pluss is part-funded by the European Social Fund. The European Social Fund in England is investing in jobs and skills – focusing on people who need support the most and helping them fulfil their potential. They currently develop, deliver and manage a range of innovative employability programmes on behalf of DWP (Work Choice prime contractor), a number of local authorities, NHS, European Social Fund and the Skills Funding Agency.
