DESCRIPTION:To coincide with World Mental Health Awareness Day on 10th October\, we are inviting BID members to an interactive online workshop between 10am – 12pm\, which will highlight\, discuss and refresh Wellbeing in the Workplace. \nThis 2 hour interactive virtual workshop will be run by expert workplace wellbeing consultants.\nHow to support your team’s wellbeing – an interactive session providing the knowledge and skills to enable team members’.\nHow to support your own wellbeing – integrating wellbeing into your own life while also caring for others. \nFREE for BID members. Non-BID members £50 per person.
