DESCRIPTION:Gloucester City Safe\, together with Gloucestershire Police and Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue are joining forces this weekend to celebrate Emergency Services Fun Day this Saturday\, 30th September. \nFrom 10am-3pm there will be activities at Gloucester Docks\, near Mariners Square\, including several emergency services vehicles\, hear about the new Mini Police Initiative\, many children’s activities\, plus much more. \nThe Fun Day is a family event designed to support and raise awareness for the emergency services\, both locally and nationally. As well as\, promoting the Gloucester City’s Safe Space Scheme and raising much needed money for the Rotary@Kingsholm campaign to provide more 24/7 public access defibs in the city. \nIt will be a great FREE family day of fun!

DESCRIPTION:Have you ever thought about volunteering for the emergency services and making a real difference?\n\n\n\nGloucestershire Constabulary are hosting a volunteer recruitment event this weekend. This event is for anyone who would like to know more about what volunteering roles they have available and how these roles make a difference to the people of Gloucestershire.\n\n\n\nThey’ll also be joined by other emergency services\, including Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service\, NHS Gloucestershire\, Great Western Air Ambulance Charity\, South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust and SARA (Severn Area Rescue Association).\n\n\n\nJoin them from 10.30am to 3pm at the Mariners Church\, Gloucester\, GL1 2EN to find out more information on how you can make a difference to people’s lives.
