DESCRIPTION:On Sunday 12th May 2024\, The Rotary Club of Gloucester Severn’s Dragon Boat Festival returns raising money for Young Gloucestershire and other local charities. \nThe Festival is now a hugely popular event in the Gloucestershire events’ calendar that pits teams of 10 paddlers plus a drummer against each other to see who is the fastest. There are morning and afternoon competitions each culminating in a final race to crown either the morning or afternoon champions\, with a Dragon Boat Shield presented to the fastest team of the morning and afternoon races. \nCome on down to Gloucester Docks between 10am – 5pm to watch the fun! \nFind out more here.
