The Brexit Party has chosen Gloucester as the location for its rally on the eve of the European Elections.

The Eurosceptic party, which was formed only just over a month ago, is currently the bookies’ favourite to win the biggest number of seats in the European Parliament both in the UK and in the South West region, of which Gloucestershire forms part.

Commented Brexit Party Coordinator for Gloucestershire Stuart Adair said: “We are absolutely delighted that the Brexit Party’s campaign in the South West will culminate in an eve of poll rally at Gloucester Guildhall which will be headlined by the party’s lead candidate Ann Widdecombe, supported by our other MEP candidates for the South West region.

“This will be an ideal opportunity for voters to meet and ask questions both of Ann Widdecombe and of the other Brexit Party candidates before going to the polls the following day. Both Gloucester and Gloucestershire voted Leave in the EU Referendum almost three years ago and I am sure that this event will be a sell out success. “

Ann Widdecombe and the other Brexit Party Candidates for the South West region will be at the rally on Wednesday 22nd May. You can find out more here.
