Plans for new student flats in Gloucester

Plans for 115 new student flats in Gloucester City Centre are expected to be approved by councillors next week.

Former nightclub and venue ‘KCs’ along with Gentleman’s club Minx will be demolished to make way for the much needed student accommodation.

Plans show the new building comprises of three storeys with a variety of set back roof forms used for a fourth storey along Quay Street.

Councillors will consider the proposals at a meeting next Tuesday.
