Police are investigating a report of a serious sexual assault on a woman in Gloucester Park.
Officers were called at around 3am today shortly after the incident was reported to have taken place.
Police are in the early stages of the investigation and forensic inquiries are taking place in the local area today. No arrests have been made at this stage and a scene guard is currently in place.
The woman is currently receiving support from specialist officers and partner agencies.
Local police will be doing extra patrols in the area to provide reassurance to the public.
