Shared Ownership Homes Provide Helping Hand onto Housing Ladder

Gloucester City Homes (GCH) is going to deliver a range of new homes available through shared ownership.

Shared
ownership is a form of affordable housing where a home is part bought with a
deposit and mortgage and part rented at an affordable rent which costs less
than market average. The purchase percentages can vary between 25 – 75% shares
and this allows residents flexibility based upon what they can afford. Over
time the resident can choose to increase the percentage which they own.
