Yes Gloucester, you heard it, events are coming back.
We are working very closely (well at a distance of 2m at least) with City Council’s events team and they are keeping us up to date on events that are being planned, ones in the pipeline and ones that are coming this month!
There are going to be a few changes with usual events and new ones, to keep to the safety guidelines for events in a post-covid crisis city. But there are going to be so many ways to enjoy the city this summer. Here are a few coming soon:

Monthly food and craft market in Orchard Square.

Bubble Rush in Gloucester Park:
5k fun run with bubble stations of different colours, raising money for charity.
Sat 27 June 10am to 2pm
Starting and Finishing in Gloucester Park, this annual run takes people through the city.

Fake Festivals in Gloucester Park
A tribute band festival held inside a marquee with food traders, live music, and entertainment.

Queen Margaret of Anjou Ride through the City Centre
Commemorative horseride and re-enactment on Southgate Street and Kimbrose triangle then travelling from Gloucester to Tewkesbury.
