Ramen is a type of fast food that originated from China and has undergone unique changes in Japan. It is a dish made by putting thin wheat flour noodles in hot soup made from animal broth and eating them with toppings such as boiled eggs and char siu.
Our ramen is a fairly typical Japanese ramen, and we also developed vegan ramen inspired by Ts tan tan in Tokyo.
