Founded by Aaron Grant — a Level 3 PT and Level 3 Disabled Clients specialist (HFE, Ofqual) — GNG Fitness is the only adaptive personal training service in Gloucestershire with this qualification. Aaron is a right-leg above-knee amputee with lived experience of physical rehabilitation. He works with able-bodied adults, disabled people, elderly clients, and those with complex needs.
