City Museum – Behind the scenes tours

Join City Museum Curator David Rice for this access-all-areas tour. Delve into the amazing unseen and intriguing world of the thousands of artefacts and specimens collected over 150 years that we have no room to display, and really experience what it’s like to work in such a historic museum. These tours are rarely offered so this is one not to be missed! Please note that there are quite a few stairs to climb during the tour, and unfortunately no lift is available behind the scenes, so please bear this in mind before booking your place.
£10 per person. (Maximum of 6 people per tour, tours last approximately 45 minutes).
