CCTV images have been released of a man officers want to speak to about an incident in which a disabled woman in a mobility scooter was robbed.

The woman was returning home when she was attacked in Sherborne Street in Gloucester between 7pm and 8pm on Sunday 26 June.

A man ran up from behind her and pulled at the handbag she was carrying over her shoulder. The victim suffered a blow to the head and her glasses were knocked off as the man wrestled the bag, containing £20 in cash and various other personal items, from her before running off towards the play area further up the street.

Anyone who recognises the man in the images or knows anything about this incident should call 101 and quote incident 388 of 26 June.
