Gloucester man wanted in connection with strangulation, rape and controlling and coercive control offences

Police in  Gloucester are appealing for information to help urgently locate a man who is wanted in connection with strangulation, rape and controlling and coercive control.

Joshua Bell, aged 28 and from Gloucester, is described as 6ft 3ins tall, of slim build, with short brown hair, a beard and tattoos on his face, arms and neck.

Officers have been actively pursuing a number of lines of enquiry to find Bell but have been unable to locate him and are now asking for information from the public.

Anyone who sees Bell, or has any information on his whereabouts, is asked to call police on 101 and quote incident 455 of 20 January. Dial 999 if he is present at the time of calling.
