There will be road closures along the route when stage three of the Women’s Tour visits Gloucestershire on Wednesday, 8 June. There will be full road closures in Gloucester and Tewkesbury, as well as a rolling road closure along the route with roads closed for around 30 minutes as the race passes through.
Full road closures will be in operation at the start in Tewkesbury and the finish in Gloucester, the full list is below:

- Spa Road – Full road closure with access only from Southgate Street to Brunswick Road from midnight on Tuesday, 7 June to midnight on Wednesday, 8 June
- Llanthony Road – Full road closure with access only from Southgate Street to Severn Road from midnight on Tuesday, 7 June to midnight on Wednesday, 8 June

- Parliament Street – Full road closure with access only from Southgate Street to Brunswick Road from midnight on Tuesday, 7 June to midnight on Wednesday, 8 June
- Southgate Street – Full road closure with access only from Kimbrose Way to Longsmith Street from midnight on Tuesday, 7 June to midnight on Wednesday, 8 June
