Help us create a joyful, inclusive celebration of community, diversity, and the 80th anniversary of the Moomins!
Locations: Gloucester Docks, Gloucester Guildhall, Kings Square
Dates: Friday 13th – Saturday 21st June 2025
No experience needed – full training provided!
Volunteer Roles:
- Stewarding: Guide attendees at the Moomin 80 raft launch (Fri 13th–20th June) and the Squid Soup art installation (Guildhall).
- Community Picnic Support (Sat 21st June): Welcome guests, assist with activities, and ensure a smooth, fun-filled day!
Saturday 21st June Highlights:
A free, family-friendly picnic celebrating Gloucester’s diversity and refugee communities:
- Global food stalls • Moomins puppet show • Live music & performances • Traditional games from around the world
