Graffiti Removal Pre-Authorised Consent Form

I, the undersigned property owner (or authorised representative), give permission for authorised personnel to remove graffiti from the above-listed property without requiring further notification or approval each time graffiti appears, for the next 24 months.

I understand and agree that:

Removal may include pressure cleaning, chemical treatment, or other appropriate removal methods.
Removal will be undertaken in good faith using reasonable care.
Colour matching may not be exact.
The removal provider is not liable for pre-existing surface damage.
This consent applies to future graffiti incidents unless revoked in writing.

This consent will remain valid:
For 24 months from signing

I acknowledge that:

I am the legal owner or authorised representative of the property.

I indemnify the graffiti removal provider against claims arising from the agreed removal works, except in cases of negligence.

I may withdraw this consent at any time in writing.
