Following the end of the second national lockdown, Trapped Escape Rooms in Gloucester has finally reopened its doors to the public once again.

Trapped Escape Rooms, situated in Gloucester town centre, was forced to close its doors back in March when the whole country went into lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic. At the beginning of October, the venue was finally able to welcome its first players back inside but no sooner had they reopened, Lockdown 2.0 struck.

Owner, Nick Davies said, “We were devastated when we had to close back in March as business was booming before the pandemic hit. We were just beginning to pick back up when we had to close for a second time. We’ve been able to offer games online which was a great activity to entertain people at home during lockdown. However, it just isn’t the same as the real-life experience. So, as you can imagine, we’re really excited to be able to reopen once again. We have put extensive COVID measures in place so that players can come along and have a good time without worrying.”

Trapped Escape Rooms have received a number of fantastic reviews, with customers praising the excellent COVID safety guidelines in place.

Trapped Escape Rooms is family friendly and welcomes between 2-6 players to come along and see if they’ve got what it takes to escape. Due to current Tier 2 regulations, players must be part of the same household or social bubble. The venue currently has 2 themed rooms available for players, The Butcher and Zombie Apocalypse, and expects to open 2 brand new rooms, Magic School and Alien Abduction soon.
