Staff at a Gloucester law firm are holding their first Doggy Picnic to support a local assistance dogs charity.

Equilaw is hosting the charity event at Minsterworth Village Hall to raise funds for its nominated charity of the year, Dogs For Good.

The charity doggy picnic is being held from 12pm to 4pm on Sunday 4th August and all are welcome to attend.

There will be a variety of family fun activities on the day, including a dog show, tin-can alley, hook a duck and welly wanging to name a few

Sara Day, Legal Cashier, one of the members of the charity committee helping to organise the event, said: “We’re hoping the event will be a great success and raise a lot of money for Dogs For Good.

“We all know someone who have family members who have benefited enormously from the help and support that assistance dogs can offer and we at Equilaw are honoured to be supporting such an amazing charity.

“Please do come along and make the event a roaring success.”
