Laura Mortimer and her 11-year-old daughter Ella were stabbed to death in their own home in Gloucester.
The killer was Laura’s husband, who’d been violent towards them before.
Today, as a report into the tragedy was released, Laura’s mother believes he should have taken to court earlier.
